SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. The standard time in transit is 4 -10 business days for Europe, 10-31 days for the rest of the world.

Each print is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a high quality, shock resistant tube for protection.

Books are sent in hard cardboard wrap .

Prints, posters, calendars and books are all posted separately.

Posters, calendars and books are sent from Bordeaux in France via "Recommandé International" or "Colissimo" (registered post/recorded delivery).
All items are shipped by registered post so have to be signed for on delivery.  If you are not at home to take delivery, your order will be held at your local post office and if not claimed by you, it will be returned to us.  So please check at your local post office if your order hasn't arrived within the above-indicated times. 

Please note that if using your company address for delivery, it is essential that the postal receptionist be notified so that your order is not returned to us as "person unknown".

Originals Prints are posted via an Express service ( Fedex or USPS) from USA.  

If you place your order online, shipping costs will be added to your order during the checkout process, based on the weight of the items you are ordering . If more than one item is ordered, the items will be packaged together where possible to reduce shipping charges.

 If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery so that it is sent back to us. Then inform us and we will send you a new one.
